How It Works

How It Works

We have Easy and secure online booking system to Reserve your parking space, after completing online payment you will receive a booking confirmation email from Park Direct Gatwick. Please ensure you have your booking confirmation with you when you arrive at selected airport terminal. This will identify you as a 'Park Direct Gatwick' customer and ensure you receive a quick and efficient service. 

You will receive meeting point direction from Park Direct Gatwick on booking confirmation email, please follow the directions for the meeting point and you will be met by our company representative. 

After a quick inspection of your vehicle, a receipt will be handed over to you which is a proof that your car is parked with Park Direct Gatwick. Your car will be stored in one of our car parks which are about 5/6 miles away from the airport. Please make sure that you book your parking for accurate dates and time otherwise it can be inconvenient for both parties. Let us know in advance if your travelling dates are changed. If you are not sure about anything please contact us.

Departure/Drop off procedure

Please give us a call on 07500771946 when you are about 25 minutes away from the airport. Please be rest assured that photos of the condition of your car will be taken before leaving your car with our chauffeurs and these will be stored in our database only for the record keeping purposes.

Directions for South Terminal

Once you enter the South terminal, please follow the signs for Short stay & pick up. You will go through the barriers, take a ticket from the barriers and follow the signs for "orange car park 3" and go to 4th floor or level 4 and park your vehicle in an empty space

Direction for North Terminal

Once you enter the North terminal, please follow the signs for Short stay & pick up. You will go through the barriers, take a ticket from the barriers and keep your vehicle on the right hand side of the road. Go to car park 5 and park your car on the 1st floor or level 1 (Not level 0).

Arrival/Return Procedure

Please call us on 07500771946 once you have got your luggage and allow us 20-25 minutes for the delivery of your vehicle.
Upon collection of your vehicle, please make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly. If there is any discrepancy or concerns, please report it to the driver immediately.
Liability of these claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has been handed over to you so please check your vehicle carefully before leaving the meeting point.

Note: Pound 3.50 exit fee is not included in the price.
Directions for South terminal
Please go to orange car park, level 4.
Directions for North terminal
Please go to car park 5, level 1.

Late arrivals / return

If you are returning early or late please give us at least 24 hours' notice otherwise there could be a delay on collection.
Note: Any delays will be at the rate of Pound 10/day, payable to the driver immediately. Next day starts from 00:00

Late departure / drop off

Please note in case of any delays, give us minimum 2 hours' notice. We will try our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee to meet you earlier than your original booking time.

Moving and Relocation of vehicles

Please note that the company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or outside the car parks if we consider it necessary in emergencies or for the efficient arrangement of our parking facilities at our car parks. Your car can be driven for up to a maximum of 25-30 miles for this purpose if required.

Cancellation Policy

Should a client wish to cancel they must do so at least 72 hours prior to their departure date. Those who cancel after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation does not apply for bookings made the same day or booked for the following day.
No refunds are available for unused part stays.

Complaints Procedure

If you encounter a problem, please put your issues in writing within 10 days of your return date including as much detail as possible. Please write to Park Direct Gatwick.

We will endeavour to reply you within 28 working days upon receipt of your complaint.
